Event Agreement :  This letter is to serve as an agreement between  (A Yankee Balloon LLC), located in Fairfield, Ct. and ________________

_____________________________________________________________The hot air balloon promotion is scheduled for _______________________

with the following understanding.

1. A Yankee Balloon LLC will provide one fully licensed and insured hot air balloon.  Pilot and crew to provide an inflation demonstration, tether, and tethered balloon rides. WIND AND WEATHER PERMITTING!

2.  The balloon will commence the inflation process at around _________

     and tethered operations at around _______.  The tether can run up to

     two hours.  WIND AND WEATHER PERMITTING!

3. The cost is $2200.00, there is a 10% booking fee ($220.00) and one half down ($1100.00) is required as a deposit.

4.  In the case of inclement weather if the balloon crews never leave

     home base, the deposit will be refunded minus the booking fee.

5. If  the balloon crew is requested to attend under marginal weather

conditions and can not perform, the deposit will be considered full

payment.

6. Once the balloon crew start and perform any part of the tethered

Operation the remaining balance ($1100.00) will be due and payable that day.
