Event Agreement: This letter is to serve as an agreement between- A Yankee Balloon
LLC, located in Fairfield, CT. and _________________________________________
________________________________________________________The hot air balloon
promotion is scheduled for __________________________________with the following understanding.
1. A Yankee Balloon LLC will provide one fully loicensed and insured hot air balloon or
stationary display balloon. Pilot and Crew to provide tethered balloon rides or a stationary display
balloon. WIND AND WEATHER PERMITTING!
2. The balloon will commence the inflation process at around_______________
and tethered operations at around________. The tether can run approximately two hours.
WIND AND WEATHER PERMITTING!
3. The cost is $2500.00 for tethered balloon rides or $1500.00 for a display balloon.
4. A 50% deposit is required. A $100.00 reservation fee (non-refundable) will
be deducted from the deposit.
5. If the balloon crew is requested to attend under marginal weather conditions,
and can not perform, the deposit is forfeited.
6. Once the balloon crew starts to perform any part of the tethered operation or
display balloon, the balance will be due and payable that day.
