Terms, conditions, & scheduling--Flights are subject to availability of balloon, pilot, and weather conditions.  Insurance requires us to have all passengers sign a waiver. See—Waiver   Final payment is due the day of the flight (cash or check).  Cancellation three (3) days prior to the flight date or if you do not appear at flight time, forfeits the deposit or requires a $50.00 rescheduling fee, if prepaid.  Passengers must call us 8:15pm, the night before a morning flight to confirm weather conditions.  Passengers must call us 2:15pm for afternoon flights. If the weather is not favorable, the flight will be rescheduled.

Champagne Balloon Flights--$275.00 per/person (cash or check).  A $50.00 non-refundable is deposit per/person required.   Price includes:  post flight champagne celebration with light snacks, flight certificates, penny pin souvenir, and transportation back to your car.

Exclusive Balloon Flights--$750.00 (two persons + pilot).  A $50.00 non-refundable deposit per/person is required (cash or check).  Price includes:  Champagne Balloon Package.

Gift Certificates/Boarding Pass---$250.00 per person (paid in full, cash or check) non-refundable.  This will entitle the holder to a champagne balloon flight package, which can be used anytime within two years of issue.

Specials—Fill the basket (4 to 5 persons)--$245.00 per/person (cash or check).  A $50.00 non-refundable deposit per/person is required.  Price includes the Champagne Balloon Package.  Weight not to exceed 850lbs total.  This is your weight including clothes and camera equipment.

Balloon Tethers--$2500.00 (cash or check) for a two-hour tether.  The balloon is secured to the ground by ropes.  We can take 30 to 50 passengers each hour, weather permitting.  Balloon tethers are ideal for private parties or corporate events. See—Tether Contract.
